Dear Readers, I recently wrote Hannah at hannah@craftsy.com to request Craftsy to invite Chef Roland Winbeckler to teach a class on piping buttercream flowers. Nobody does buttercream better! Here’s an excerpt my letter to her which was also posted to Craftsy support at help@craftsy.com.
“Hi Hannah, how are you? I was just looking at Craftsy’s Facebook page and found your email. I’ve really enjoyed Chef Winbeckler’s class ” Piping Buttercream Borders “. In this class he also demonstrates (a very interesting way of) making a buttercream rose. Many of us would love Craftsy to invite him to teach a class on buttercream flowers. Looking through the class comments and questions supports this desire. My question is: How can we petition Craftsy to add a class by Chef Winbeckler on buttercream flowers? He has an amazing short video on his website where he demonstrates making a buttercream orchid. If you’d care to see it, here’s the link,

I’ve just ordered his book on buttercream flowers which he is graciously autographing for me.
